Secret Fantasy offers free worldwide shipping to all its customers. However, due to national import laws, we are unable to ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Brazil, and Moldova.

Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

If the product you have selected is not available in our local warehouses, we will arrange for it to be shipped directly from our factory to ensure fast delivery. This process usually takes approximately 2 weeks.

Do you need delivery to a FedEx/UPS pickup location? Please provide the store address when placing your order, or notify us before the package is shipped.

For custom orders, your doll is manufactured directly in our factory.

Production Time: Completed within 1 week.
Shipping Time: After production, delivery usually takes 2 weeks.

For customers in Australia and Canada, additional taxes or import fees may apply.

Countries with No Import Duties:

  • USA: No taxes or import fees.
    Europe: Countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the other listed countries are exempt from customs duties.
    Asia: Countries such as Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore are exempt from import duties.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that it may take 1 to 3 days for updates to appear in your inbox. If you do not receive an update after this time, please contact us at Support@secretfantasy.shop

Have you not received your order yet?

If your package is marked “delivered” but it hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact the courier company immediately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Inspect your package upon arrival. If it is damaged, immediately take photos or videos and file a claim with the carrier. We will assist you if necessary.
  • If the product delivered is not the correct one, provide us with photographic evidence and we will ensure that a replacement product is sent.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Do not return or refuse the package without authorization. The shipping address printed on the box cannot be used for returns.
  • Please ensure that the plastic packaging has not been opened when returning or exchanging the doll.

Shipping Restrictions and Required Addresses

  • No P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical address for delivery.

  • Restricted Destinations: Due to import regulations, we do not ship to Islamic countries, India, Brazil, Moldova.
